• Oversee technical operations for US-based customers, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Handle 2nd and 3rd level technical tickets, resolving complex issues related to SaaS applications, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Maintain and optimize performance, reliability, and security of web applications, databases, and server systems.

Responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle, from pipeline sourcing and qualifying to negotiating and closing. This role involves articulating the company's service, benefits, and processes to potential clients, developing a strong understanding of the territory and competitive offerings, and executing strategic territory plans.
